Returns & Exchanges

At Tiger Mist, we want you to love your look, but if it's not quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Download Shipping Label

  Once your return is approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop your parcel off at any authorized post office or carrier drop-off point.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, you will receive an email with your store credit voucher to use on your next Tiger Mist haul.
